ARTICLE X. AFFILIATE OFFICERS

Section 1. Officers

a. Elected Officers. The seven (7) elected officers for the branch shall be president, vice presidents for membership and for programs, secretary, treasurer, president-elect, and past president. Each office may be filled by an officer or co-officers. Co-officers shall be considered as one voting member of the board.

b. Appointed Officers. The five (5) appointed officers shall be communications chair, book sale chair, public policy chair, donations and grants chair, and scholarship chair. They shall be appointed by the president with the consent of a majority of the board. Each office may be filled by an officer or co-officer. Co-officers shall be considered as one voting member of the board.
